![]() Reviewing the Attack Bonuses for both the attack and defending army looks relatively fair and balanced but we have to consider the Artificial Intelligence (AI)! (It is important to mention the City Defense Shield – but this is overpriced that it cannot be used very often). There are also boosts from the Tavern and the Inventory. The value from both buildings increase both attack and defense values of units in the city defense.Īdditionally, the defender can receive bonuses from event buildings and additionally from the Tigers den and the Monastery. The defender receives bonuses from the Saint Basil Cathedral and the Deal Castle. The Attack Bonus is nearly unlimited, and it can be increased by 30% in the Tavern and boosts from the Inventory. Therefore, it is very common that attacker do not have much more than 90% defense bonus, although some players are known to have as much as 200% attack bonus. More bonuses can result from other special buildings but these only apply to the attack value (not the defense value) of the attacking units. But I think they work best when paired with the Arc: getting reliable daily FP from the Cape, donating FP to GBs, doing "spend FP" recurring quests with the CF, and getting rewards back with the Arc.The attacker receives bonuses for attack and defense for his attacking units from the s tatue of Zeus, cathedral of Aachen and the Caste Del Monte. The Cape is the most efficient GB for generating FP, and the Chateau magnifies the power of recurring quests, which is the simplest way to generate lots and lots of goods. Usually my advice is that, after doing those 4, then work on Cape Canaveral and Chateau Frontenac. They let you win battles and make loads of FP. The first three give attacking boost to your army (and the CdM gives FP), and the other is, well, the Arc.īuilding a Lighthouse of Alexandria (if you need supplies) or an Observatory (if you can get the blueprints) can be nice, but those first 4 are important. I'd say the first GBs to seriously work on are the Statue of Zeus to level 10, the Castel del Monte to level 10, the Cathedrel of Aachen to level 10, and The Arc (yes, for some reason the official name includes the "The") to level 80. ![]() Here's a bit of advice that you didn't exactly ask for, but it sounds like you might find it useful, if only to think about and decide why you're doing something else. ![]()
